GIF picker has nothing but blank folders in app for Win 10

Since the latest update of Discord, the GIF Picker has been totally empty, except for blank folders that cannot be clicked to open them. There aren't even labels or thumbnails on the folders in the GIF picker. Searching for GIFs still works, but there's no way to access my favourite GIFs or look at GIFs by categories whatsoever.

I've tried fully removing Discord and everything related from my system, restarting and installing it anew, but the GIF picker still only has blank folders that can't be clicked.

The same thing happens if I open Discord with my browser and log in, but GIF folders are acting normal in the mobile app for Andriod.

What's going on? Is there a way to roll back the update that broke the GIF Picker?
