My built-in microphone no longer working when headphones plugged in

Hello,
as it is said in title, my mic is no longer working when i plug in my headphones to my laptop. It started yesterday but since i needed to update my windows i didnt care too much about it. But today when all updates are done, it is still not working. I have tried to change options in voice and video settings but nothing changed. Anybody has some ideas how to make it work?
