Subscription Payment issue of renewal

So I’ve got a yearly nitro and remains about 5 months, and I found another cheaper nitro yearly subscription, so I picked that up, my bill comes immediately and begins my new yearly nitro until next year, so my remain period of last subscription just disappeared.
