Discord Needs an Option to Block All Calls From Non-Friends

I am kind of shocked that this option doesn't exist, but Discord really needs a setting to block all calls from non-friends. There are many scenarios where people are fine receiving text DMs from non-friends in servers they are in, but do NOT want those same people to be able to call them whenever. I have friends who are getting a lot of these unsolicited calls but they don't want to disable all DMs because there are so many cases where there are legitimate reasons for a text DM from someone who isn't a friend.
