Noise while streaming

Always while I'm sharing my screen with sounds friends complain to noises. 

I have already checked all driver updates to my microphone (Fifine k669) and twice reinstalled discord, also I tried user settings >> voice & video >> input device.

    1. To do this, go to your server’s settings and click on “Voice & Video.”
    2. Scroll down to the “Advanced” section and make sure the “Use Legacy Audio Subsystem” option is turned off.
    3. Once you’ve done this, restart Discord and see if the buzzing noise is gone.
