Increase User Limit in Threads

With threads being new, most don't know that there is a limit of 100 users in a thread.

While threads are a good option to give people, those looking to do the most with them likely will need less restrictions or at least a slider to set the amount of users in a given thread (an option being no limit).

Things like threads are great to give avenues to sub-topics that can be a persisting one or say if the main chat is gaming, allows for sub topics like racing/mmo/fps, or if it's music then by genre without the need for an entirely new channel to clutter the channel listing.
