Datetime Application Command Option Types

Date and time option types would significantly improve life when creating bot commands because the inputs would no longer have to be validated. Additionally, the user would have a simpler way of inputting a date or time. Examples include birthdays, reminders, or timeframe filters.

Ideally, this would work in the same way as the timeframe filters when searching a channel:

Timezones

Due to timezones, it may not be practical to separate dates and times, so a timestamp option could alternatively be added, which can then be stored as a UNIX timestamp for it to be timezone compatible.

Finally, to take the feature one step further, there could be a timezone field (default is the user's own timezone) so if the user has gone abroad, they can refer to a time in another timezone without having to calculate it manually.
