Hacked Account and need it back urgently to do my job!

My account email was switched and password as well, I fell for a link that came from my friend not knowing it was a hacker, it looked safe, my fault. But I can NOT do my job... Which is coaching teams in games at a collage level. I have no access to the people I need access to and don't know what to do because I can't make money
