Keybind Sleep

I create keybinds to a steering wheel and button box.  Here is my issue: when Discord is open my computer/monitors are never allowed to sleep because Discord is constantly listening for input and those controllers don't go into a sleep mode.  I wish Discord would have a way of listening but not to this degree.  I don't want to exit Discord every time I leave my computer.
