Resource leak caused by typing Indicators/typing on Discord PTB

Devs, if you see this, I believe y'all have a massive resource leak for typing indicators/typing in channels on Discord PTB.

When I am receiving typing indicators or myself typing in a channel, the following happens:

  • Discord PTB process uses ~30% utilization
  • Discord PTB --type=gpu-process uses ~10-15% utilization

I am using Linux 64-bit.  I can provide log information as necessary.  Not sure if this is a technical space like GitHub to do so.  Didn't find any feedback/log button on Discord itself to report this or send logs to y'all.
