Please don't support cryptocurrency or NFTs

Integrating blockchain technology and trying to link cryptocurrency and Non-Fungible Tokens to Discord is a terrible idea; not only is crypto mining an enormous environmental disaster and NFTs an equally environmentally harmful choice that are just plain ugly, to boot, these technologies are tied to money laundering and other forms of financial fraud (and art theft, in the case of artists having their work stolen to create NFTs without their consent). The majority of your consumer base is exhorting you to avoid connecting yourselves to crypto and NFTs, and like a vast number of other Discord users, I have chosen to cancel my Discord Nitro subscription in light of the news. If our protests won't convince you, hopefully the money you lose from so many people rescinding their financial support of Discord will.
