Text to speech client side advanced settings

Hello, I would as a client like the ability to designate a specified text channel as TTS rather then using the "For Current Selected Channel" setting, within the notifications settings. Perhaps even adding the capability for me to designate an account to specifically use TTS for.

Furthermore and a mild shift of subject, I Noticed that with both my headset and speakers plugged in TTS output sound to my speakers, while Discord voice output to my headset, It took me quite a while to figure out how to fix the problem and in the end I wasn't able to, I found a obvious patch by unplugging my speakers from my computer however that is not really ideal. My headset is my default device in windows sound deck and designated specifically within discords sound options, and the issue was unresolved.
