Suggestion: Add auto-publish to webhooks in Announcement channels.

I think everyone can agree that it gets annoying to publish webhook messages one by one. Discord should add a feature that allows us to auto-publish messages from a webhook. It'll be an option when creating it and when editing a webhook. I would really like to see this feature implemented into Discord!

    Navigate to your announcement channel's settings and give bot the following permissions: View Channel , Send Messages, Manage Messages, Read Message History.
    Repeat step for every channel where you want auto-publishing.

    as far as Discord's code is concerned, a webhook is counted as a type of a bot. — the messages that use a webhook get a "bot" badge, too.
