Collaborative text box - Google Docs style

The ability to send a collaborative text box (possibly by clicking the + button or using a slash command) that anyone in the chat can then write text in and it would update in realtime Google Docs / Figma style.

This would be super useful when collaborating on things like server rules for moderators, a bucket list with your long distance partner or brainstorming new meme ideas with a group of friends.

In bigger, more busy chats it could have an append-only (with limitations on new lines) mode or recommendations mode where people can recommend edits to certain parts of the text.
