Notifications globe no visible

Especially on mobile (IOS) they do not manage to mark the notifications (red balloon) with a number of unread responses from the channels, in my case nothing appears in the app, if they arrive in the form of a notification strip. I imagine it will be some update problem and therefore it does not notify well. I hope you solve it In desktop version (Mac OS) a red balloon with a dot appears, but the responses of unseen channels do not appear in number either. Best regards
