Require confirmation for new group DMs to combat selfbot spam

With the amount of automated / selfbotted group DM spam (as seen in this post) there should be a feature to accept or reject group DM requests.

Yes, you could just block the user that is adding you to the groups, but after you realize you have 1000 new groups, the damage is done.
