Allow modification of thread sort order

Hello!

I've noticed that when creating threads, the newest activity sits at the top and the oldest at the bottom.

Perhaps a way to sort threads manually or through sort options could be helpful; that way the threads can stay organized.

An example of a dungeon in a roleplay server; Sector Alpha is near the surface and Sector Zero sits at the bottom. However, in thread order, the uppermost and most accessible sector sits at the bottom of the thread list while the lowest sector stands at the top of the thread list. This isn't very intuitive for the dungeon and could use some rework.

This would be a way to solve this. By allowing thread creators and moderators to manually change and save the way threads are organized, it allows for more intuitive experiences where discord roleplayers- including Dungeon Masters -have it easier.
