Add a "Follow Channel" button to announcement channels you moderate

Currently on mobile, if you have permission to send messages in an announcement channel you can't follow the channel because the place you type is where the button normally is. I think when you long-press on the channel a "Follow Channel" button should be there and would allow you to follow the channel.
