I have the same exact issue and it's 6 years worth of connections I am trying to recover. There should be a feature to recover the e-mail that the phone verification is attached to.

  There's no bypass to this, you need a phone number. You only got this message because Discord detected something suspicious with your account.

  I don't have a phone number, my phone number's been turned off, my line's broken, I can't get a code, and I'm having this problem. please remove verification from my account
