Disable the “GIF” alt text from .gif images

.gif images have the text "GIF" which displays on hover. This is lame when you have to hover over it to play the animation. Ideally the discord team would either remove the “title” tag from the image, or add css to make it display: none. There is also an option to have the GIF automatically play without manually hovering your mouse over it. To do this, go to User Settings > Accessibility > Enable Automatically play GIFs when Discord is focused. However, this is obviously an issue with the default option, so hopefully this simple fix can be applied
