My music reproducers dont function correctly while on a voice channel

So basically whenever I enter a voice channel on a server the bot that reproduces sound starts to function oddly, low quality, lowers volume etc. It happens also on my default phone reproducer and using spotify too. Surprisingly tho whenever Im on voice channel and also listening to spotify and also playing Clash Royale, it suddenly starts working perfectly and sound quality is as if I wasn't on a voice channel at all as if I was just using spotify alone. What the hell is going on? I could use some explanation honestly. Thank you in advance. Im on a Huawei PZ smart. And Im almost sure I have all updated to date. I only have this issue on phone devices for some reason.
