Feature Request: Text Channel Archiving

A way to manually archive text channels on servers would be awesome.

The Problem
We have a Discord server with a lot of temporary channels (for projects) that we don't want to delete when the project is finished, but at the same time we want to keep our Discord uncluttered. Our current solution is to move all unused channels all the way down the server to a different category, but this is not ideal as it will obviously affect the connection with permissions configured via categories.

We envision this feature as follows:
- You can archive & unarchive channels.
- An archived channel remains in its channel tree position and retains its configured permissions
- Archived channels are hidden by default in the channel tree
- There is a toggle (wherever) to show archived channels
- The archived channel is in read mode for everyone with read permissions and inaccessible for everyone else
- Channels can be unarchived by users with the privilege to manage channels.
- Maybe: automatic archiving under certain conditions (e.g. X days no message sent to the channel OR only a duration/date when it will be archived).
