My account got flagged for suspicion activity for no reason

I was using discord normally then i get kicked out of my account for suspicious activity even tho i was doing nothing

Now discord won't send me the verification code to get back into my account

  My account was also banned for violating TOS regarding misinformation, yet they gave no information whatsoever regarding what the offending post is or what constitutes misinformation in the first place.
