Android Phone will not acknowledge calls from discord while screen is locked or app is not in focus.

As the title states.

When discord is not actively 'open' the app seems to be on pause in regards to incoming voice calls. No notifications, no ringing, nothing. I get push notifications for messages just fine, but calls will not wake my phone up whatsoever. All notifications in Android are set to ON and all notifications in discord are set to ON.

This has never worked on my phone.

When receiving a call the phone acts like nothing is happening at all until I open the app and suddenly it flashes to "Hey you have a call".
