Discord Screen Share Is Terrible!

So I recently Upgraded my cpu from a Ryzen 5 3600 to a Ryzen 7 5800x and for some reason my screen sharing is complete garbage, I would stream and my friends would tell me it is frozen or lagging horrendously even as a discord nitro member it’s bothering me that I can’t use all the features, every time I stream it goes from 1080 60fps to dropping 720 30fps with the yellow “!” Saying your stream has been reduced, it may be a network problem. I tried disabling everything like hardware acceleration and other settings but nothing seems to work. My internet is fine I get 600+ down and 60+ upload.
