My discord got hacked im turning on discord and its shows white screen and japan letters

i turn off the discord and i throw a white acrana with the japanese letters. i look like there is already a virus. i saw that there is some check or nitro but there is really a virus and i don't want to write my number in that white acrana.Please help block that!

  HI! Im sorry to tell you but that means your account got nuked. If you scanned a qr code with nitro it means your token got grabbed your token is like your unique login. I recommend changing your password to kick the person out of the account!
