[Suggestion] Feature Suggestion - Being able to translate «New Member Messages»

By default, we have this nice option to activate random «New Member Messages»  and to allow users to reply them with a cute sticker.

You can found this in Server Settings → Overview → SYSTEM MESSAGES CHANNEL → «Send a random welcome message when someone joins this server.»

I like this feature, but it's only available in English.
Discord is used across the globe by speakers of dozens of languages.

I know Discord itself is not translated, but for this it wouldn't be necessary. Here I'm just asking about letting us, Discord server admins, to manually configure these «random» greeting strings in «our» servers, so we would set there our own strings to greet our members in their own mother tongue. There is people using Discord who doesn't even know English, so this way we could adapt a bit our communities to make them a little more friendly for our people.

I know there are «greeting bots», specifically designed to take care of this, just to overcome the lack of support/configuration in Discord about this matter, but then, again, we have this feature already built in Discord, so it would be fantastic to be able to simply use and customize it without having to rely in some external bot/addon to do what is already (mostly) there.
