Wrong Rankings

My friend was at 3rd place ranking on a server called 4B1's server
She was AFK for a while and suddenly her ranking went DOWN to 8th place
She was very sad because she was trying to get to 1st place
She was only about 10 messages close according to the levels.

I feel bad for her

Please help
