Discord screensharing.

Hi im new to this, im not sure what specs or anything you need but when i try to screenshare on discord the stream is just awful for the viewers. I tried every single fix i can find. My internet is 400 download and 25 upload. The only information i have is that my screenshare works PERFECTLY when i change my monitor refresh rate to 60hz. But when its at 144hz or higher it is awful, i have a rx 5500xt with a ryzen 7 5800x running on a b450 aurus elite motherboard.(i recently upgraded), but ive always had this problem with my old build and ive tried all the suggestions about the 2.64 CODEC thing and the hardware acceleration. Please help :(
