Additional Options for "Manage" Server Perms

I think that for Server Permissions like "Manage Channels", "Manage Server" etc.
You should be able to tune them to only allow specific things to be done with that permission

For example, you can tune Manage Server to only allow Bots to be added
or, tune Manage Channels to allow new channels to be created, edit existing ones but not be able to delete any

I think this could benefit situations where mods go rogue and just start deleting channels and such for whatever reason they might have (falling out with the owner as an example)

I believe this could really help with any owners or other mods to allow others to do things without worrying that they will start causing havoc by mass deleting channels with all kinds of stuff in them
