System-wide push notifications when logged in on more than one device

Whoever is in charge of how push notifications are carried out really should implement a system that lets notifications go to both phones and desktop apps, I've been having to manually check to see if I have a notification for over a month now when it was working flawlessly with no difference in usage for several months before that because it just decided it will NEVER send notifications to my phone without warning. This comes at goes, seemingly at random. When it sends notifications to my phone, it's brilliant. When it doesn't, it's really annoying and inconvenient. It would be great to just have it consistently work, this only happens to me with Discord. I can't be the only person wishing for such an update. Thank you for your time in reading this
