WebRTC testing links

I found a bad link in a support article and reported it ...

     the link to "test.webrtc.org" seems to go to a Google error page. "

The reply I received suggested also posting it here.  So I am.
The updated place for WebRTC testing seems to now be, primarily,
https://webrtc.github.io/test-pages/  and there are some others kicking around.

[why the heck does "paste" not work in this entry box?!]
