Add IDE of the language specified in code block

When sending code to an another person on Discord, you currently have to copy/paste from your code editor. What if there was some small fixes in the code or you want to add a little something here and there? Instead of editing it from your code editor and recopying/pasting, when typing in a language specified code block, Discord will automatically run a code editor/formatter in the code block. This will be amazing for people sending short code snippets, JSON data, possibilities are endless!

A language specified code block is

```<language here> (ex: js,py,yaml,etc...)
everything you type here will be in the IDE mode of the language you typed above.
