Make it Possible to Send Text WITH a Gif

I believe being able to send text WITH a selected gif should be made possible.

Two Options to make this work:
Like with selecting stickers, the preview of the gif moves into the text box and you can write/edit text you've already written before hitting send so it sends at the same time

OR

The URL for the GIF goes into the text-box (probably automatically to the top of the message or something) rather than just auto-sending the gif. That way (again) text can be added/edited in the post before hitting send.
