Trust and Safety Issued a false violation of Spam on my account

My main discord account Neoisivibn#1234 has been disabled and I’ve reached out to discord and I’ve gotten turned down I keep getting met with a "Clyde" response telling me that my account "will not be reinstated" and I just want to speak with an actual human. I want to tell them my situation I know I have done nothing wrong and I get that discord is busy but please; like many others on this forum help us out. We have so many memories on our disabled accounts and to have them deleted over some salty discord user is absurd. Please look into the matter and unban my account
