Slash command use in discord overlay

Slash commands as of right now cannot be used in discord overlay, requiring you to switch tabs to the desktop app or browser. I think adding slash commands for the overlay would be a nice addition

  I agree....  being able to use slash commands while using the in game overlay would be amazing.. Not being able to do so makes a lot of the bots... sort of useless, if I have to switch back and fourth to another window.

  This is a big oversight IMO. It's especially annoying when a game doesn't like being minimized (looking at you Borderlands 2). As a workaround, I use the web version of Discord in the Steam browser. But other launchers don't have a browser in the overlay AFAIK, so it can't be considered a solution.
