Maybe Add an optional Epilepsy mark similar to the spoilers mark?

I feel like it might be helpful, to those sensitive to bright moving pictures or suffer from Epilepsy, to have an ability to mark images or gifs of containing such content.

I would imagine that it would mark the gifs or images in a similar way to how the current spoiler mark works, where it is optional to mark a post as a spoiler, thus the spoiler is blacked out, and then it is optional to view the spoiler by clicking on the post.
