Subscription mode for Server Administrators

Especially for no profit communities / professional communities, it is important to create a subscription modality managed and paid by the Administrator only. This means that upon the payment of an annual subscription all the users into a given server have the Nitro features (or at least those that count more: uploading of heavy files / writing longer messages).

Any possibility to have this done? This would transform Discord into "the" platform for professional/educational communities.
