Text chat in voice chats

Just as Zoom, Google Meet and Skype has, add a text chat box inside voice chats. This really aids in conversations and meetings, instead of the current approach where we have to text chat in a separate text channel - which means you have to leave the voice chat (especially inconvenient if there's a stream being presented or doing a live AMA).

    Yes, It is a simple process to hear your message aloud when the TTS feature has been enabled once. Open Discord and send a voice message in any channel you want

    Wanted to add that this is now a new feature that was added recently. I wanted to add that it would be nice for text chats in voice channels to be more noticeable. Adding numerical notifications in the VC allowing others to notice that someone is typing OR add a new, different sound that is distinguishable from the usual discord text channel sounds.
