Bring back the Android Game Detection Service

In late 2018, there was a couple of Discord Alpha builds that included a Game Detection Service. It worked great, but it was later removed and replace with an inferior game detection method that uses an external application only available on Samsung devices. There's still remnants of the old detection service today, with an option to turn the persistent notification on or off, despite it not existing anymore. It would be great if the feature was reintroduced, so people who don't have Samsung phones can use it.
