Show small versions of embeds, only allow certain types of embeds

Problem: Embeds are larger than they need to be.  If a few users post a few embeds, it can take up all of the screen space, and move text quickly when people are trying to follow along with the chat.

Solution:  Add options to limit the size of embeds, to sizes such as 256x256 thumbnails, that expand to full size when clicked.
