Update MD and add settings

MD is like a group so it deserves some more updates, my suggestions are to add:

• amount of people: 2/20.
• Edit role names.
• Description.

4 roles that will come as :

  Spectator - Member - Admin - Leader
  
Spectator (Role when adding, because he can choose to stay in the group or not) => has no option, can only see messages
Member => You can talk, send pictures, videos, stickers and emojis.
Admin => Can change the group's icon, delete messages, change the role's name, customize the group and add people.
Leader (Group Creator) => All options and can delete the group.
