Option to change the size of your avatar/profile picture without having to re-upload the picture again

I'm not sure if this has been suggested before in the past, but I'd really appreciate it if there can be a feature added where you can change the size of your set avatar without having to re-upload the picture and re-sizing it again.

I often find myself re-sizing my profile picture because I would not be satisfied with how it looks on member lists and such, and it frustrates me that I'd have to re-upload the picture just to change the size again.

If this feature were to be added, perhaps it can be added to the pop-up window that appears when you click on your avatar. Hopefully my feedback is useful ^^
