128.10 Beta Update for Android

just downloaded the beta update and I don't see many noticeable improvements. I was hoping for maybe an explanation or something related to bringing back the AMOLED display — ultra dark mode, — which I'm aware just doesn't happen overnight, but... still

it's worth noting, though, that I am not the only person here who has complained about this. I am not the only person here who is autistic who finds the lack of ultra dark mode severely distressing, i am not the only person here who has sensory processing issues who finds the fact that ultra dark mode isn't there anymore distressing. I am not the only person who finds this update in general distressing

please please fix this, this isn't what anyone had in mind for new updates i think, and even an explanation would be greatly appreciated at this point

(my last post about this was under the Difficulty Seeing, Reading, & Accessibility topic, so I'm hoping that by throwing this into mobile — since it's also related — maybe some attention will be paid to it, more than it has already, at least)
