Account was disabled after spam to friends and my community

Since I get late answers and only from bot who can't explain anything, I try everything I can to save my account, which I have been using for years without violating the conditions.

My account was disabled few days ago, for what discord call: "Discord has disabled your account for spam and/or platform abuse" as i got automated ban for sending a lot of DM´s during that day.

As owner of several discord servers and admin/moderator on several more is this issue a huge deal for me as i use discord for the most time during the day and loosing access to it is a huge deal.

The story behind all of this is when after 2 months of innactivity and not saying a word a owner of one discord, i work on and got permisions to continue with creating the in-game community on discord server, told me to move on, take all the people and leave his discord, which i was trying to solve with him, but wasnt succesfull. I also contacted discord support about getting the ownership, but wasnt succesfull also.

After that discord support told me to create a new discord and invite people there, so i did, i was creating 2 hours a copy of the old one discord i was making for several months, with all the rooms and roles so i can invite people there.

After that, i deleted rooms i created and left one channel with new discord, knowing that the owner can kick me and other friends from discord any time. During that time i started to write to people about the new discord, with discord link and explaination why we have to move and so people did, from 160 people discord i was able to get 80+ people on to the new discord, before the owner kicked us all.

I understand the rules, as i am dealing with spam on several discords and ban people there, but i dont think, this is the case and wasnt expecting this action to my account.

1. People i wrote DM are my friends and players i play the game with, i was on chat with most of them, i was writing with them on that discord.

2. It was guild discord and in-game community, where i am Guildmaster with more then 50 players in guild, which are requre to use discord, the rest was people from other guilds we raid with and do in-game content, again i know most of the people.

At the end i dont think this account disabled is fair, as this is my 1st ever communication with discord dealing with a problem, after years of using. And mostly cause i wasnt doing anything wrong there, maybe writing to friends and players you game with is consider as spam, again want to point that, more then half of the community on that discord moved with me, saying that we have to move on and that situation sucks and i was able to rebuild the community at least half of that, before getting account disabled.

Having the account back is important for me, as i use raid-helper and other bots to create events and vote on days when we go the events and without this i have no control over the guild and community.

I dont know where else i can write to solve this, i of cource dont have to tell you, that i wasnt using any bot for this, i was writing to people i play the game with and know they are joing my events and writing to my guildmates.
