Be Able to send Voice Messages

So i've seen lot's of people talk about it, but it's like posts that are around 2 years old
So yeah, I've thought about it and i think it would be a great idea to actually add that feature,
But this feature will be different for, Let's say,

When you go in DM's You have the possibility of doing a voice message without editing anything
,
But in a server, this possibility goes away, and you need the server owner himself to activate it for other people to be able to voice message in certain channels

I mean yeah it's not that big of a thing, but im pretty sure it could fit perfectly

I belong to the group that thinks that this is an excellent idea, and of course it makes a good point since it would be annoying that the servers only send "ramdom's" sounds, but it would be fixed by granting permissions to certain users/roles. Very good idea and I hope you listen to it :D
