feat: Do Not Disturb Notification activated for a while

Sooo first the problem:
My friends and I, who are devs and gamers, often forget that we're on Do Not Disturb.
Thing is since you're in that mode, nothing can remind it to you.
And it can be very problematic to not have notifications for a project going on for example.

The idea would be simple, a visual, discrete, desactivatable, notification for people that have been in Do Not Disturb mode for a while. You could even set yourself the offset time you'd like for it!

I think it d be really useful and hope you see it that way too!
