Option to add stream titles

I had a cool idea for a feature that would be very nice to see in discord, basically whenever you're in VC and you start a stream, whenever you see all the stream settings/options, along with that you'd also see like a little text field where you can type a stream title. When people hover their mouse cursor over your stream, it would show your title. Kind of like a brief little description of your stream so they know what it's about, rather than just having to join and watch it for a few seconds. For example, if im streaming Minecraft, I could title my stream "Playing Minecraft" or something like that. They'd hover over and see the title, and know what im up to. And alternatively, you could of course just leave it blank if you wanted to.
