Whitelist for Do Not Disturb

It would be nice to allow a whitelist for particular users so that those who are in a massive amount of servers or have many people who frequently message them for professional reasons still be able to allow particular people to contact them while in Do Not Disturb. It is impossible to get ahold of people with DMs or silent calls on DND to the point where we've started using alternate programs.
