ANSI formatting is unreadable on mobile

ANSI colors in code blocks are awesome, as a bot dev it's a great addition to be able to pop out different parts of a message like that. The only problem is that it's completely unreadable on iOS/Android. The codes aren't even escaped to allow the main text to be readable so people on mobile are just screwed.

Are there plans to fix this so mobile users can at least read the messages in the first place? Obv I'd like the color support on mobile too but at least to start it'd be good for it to be legible

    Right now I can read them well on Mobile, maybe something was fixed.
    But it would still be great to have the colors displayed on mobile instead of the whole code block being a single color.
